Hi, none of my xbox/pc friends are showing up since the gundam event launched.
I have a xbox friend who is currently on and he states the same thing about not seeing any play station friends.
I have checked my blocked list just incase, ive re added him which isn't working and I have checked my crossplay is enabled.
I have also went onto my fiance's pc to check if it wasnt just my console and he cant see my gamer tag either.
Hi! I am playing on PS4 and I’m trying to play with someone on pc. When we search to add friend and send a request neither of us get the request. We’ve uninstalled, everything is updated fully, our privacy settings are all good with cross platform enabled and friend requests on. I’m so confused what the issue is? Please help!!

My self and two other friends 3 separate gameplay plat forms do not have cross play right now and cannot see other players/friends on other platforms.

Same here. i played with my xbox friends two days ago all night. not even 12 hours later they are gone from my friends list and we cant add eachother back. nothing ive tried to do helps.
I’m having the same issue. Me and my XBox friend were playing the other night just fine but we tried to hop on last night, early this morning, and we weren’t popping up on each others friends list. I’m super agitated as I look forward to playing the game after a long day. Just for the **bleep** EA servers to not support cross play.
I was playing with my ps5 friends yesterday on apex and when I went to play with them tonight couldn’t find their names anywhere i tried fixing it for hours still nothing it’s like my crossplay just gets disabled in which i can’t switch on or off
I’m trying to play with my friends that are on PC and they are not showing up online nor do they receive my friend requests. Everything for crossplay is turned on for my console and in the game. This happened after the gundam update.

Added two players in-game to my friends list who are both on Steam. Went on Apex today and saw that they, too, have disappeared from my friends list. Looks like, for me at least, that it's not only affecting cross-play friends, but all friends in some way, shape or form.
