me and my friends are dealing with this issue for couple of days and it happened at the same time. we've tried every way possible such as verifying game files in steam.

To fix this problem, you need to disconnect your Steam account from your EA account and reconnect the two accounts, and try not to make any changes to either account.
mohammad_khaksar The only issue is that unlinking a platform account can cause a loss of Apex progress and data, (where the account isn't able to connect to the EA Account), and relinking the account may not restore some, (or all), of the Apex progress and data.
