Fatal Error - Engine Error

booted up the game and was afk in the lobby for a discord quest when i got this fatal error

commandline: "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Apex Legends\r5apex_dx12.exe" -steam -game R2

title: Fatal Error - Engine Error

error: [DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED] : 0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed.

I have no issues like this is any other games and my GPU is working perfectly.

    my comand like was slightly different
    commandline: "E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Apex Legends\r5apexdx12.exe" -steam +exec autoexe- movid - fullscreen - high + mat_disable_bloom 1 + mat_specular 0 +mat_bumpmap 0 +r_shadows 0 -game R2

    my dxdiag in pinned for specs

    Same issue, no problems in other games, tried to repair and nothing worked.
