Same thing happened to me twice. I've been perfecting my alc since apex came out. I have 130 season 3 wins, and this is the closest I've been to deleting. Definitely not playing until this is fixed. Sucks for my rank but it's typical for ea to do nothing for people who can't play ranked while others can.
