Gamertag error "steam","displayname"

Hi everyone, since yesterday instead of my gamertag in game both me and all the players read "steam","displayname". I play from xbox. I contacted customer service several times but they were unable to solve the problem. I tried to change gamertag and to disassociate and reconnect the EA account but I did not solve anything. can you help me?
