Legend "Axel" relocked after purchasing, forced to unlock again

I am writing to report a serious bug regarding a Legend unlock and to request compensation for lost currency. Recently, I unlocked the Legend "Axel" using Legend Tokens or Apex Coins. The currency display on my lobby screen was completely normal. However, when I logged in later, "Axel" was locked again as if I had never purchased them. Because I wanted to play the character, I was forced to spend another Legend Tokens or Apex Coins to unlock them for a second time. Could you please investigate my account history and compensate/refund the currency that was double-charged due to this bug? Thank you for your assistance.
