I have the same issue, I have already tried everything:
- Setting the game to minimum settings
- Disabling Steam and Nvidia overlays
- Updating all drivers
- Updating the BIOS
My specs: RTX 4060 Ryzen 7 5700x 32 GB RAM 2400
