Basically, I was playing on apex legends and last night I purchased 3 legend passes, which basically give you rewards by doing challenges as my favourite characters, I have completed one of them last night and haven't received my Fuse Skin pack and literally the game I completed it, has now made my lobby stuck in loading which means I can't change skins or legends. It's been like it since last night and I've tried restarting multiple times, there is no update so I think I'm bugged. Also briefly for like 30 seconds my lobby was fine, and I was missing my Fuse pack, battle pass rewards and event rewards. Hoping I'm not the only one and hope it gets fixed soon.
Omg, I thought I was the only one with this issue. I re bought the ash spotlight pass and never got any of my packs along with my bp rewards too. I’ve had this happen ever since yesterday, I’m just trying to play ranked 😭

The same thing has happened to me this season I bought the horizon octain and wraith pass the plus the ultimate plus pass and I've not been getting any of the rewards and it keeps loading pls fix this asap or else I'm quitting this season 😭
i can't blame you this is my first time back after years and it seems to be worse then before so im thinking of deleting my game and cutting my losses before they steal more of my cash this way

i have the exact same bug exact spotlight pass and so does my friend i think its gotta be a issue with spotlight passes... also do you play ranked a lot already because it might be related to ranked and spotlight passes...

Yep it is they take ages with this kind of thing it's there fault for not checking these things and we are all paying for it 😭
Same thing happened to me, spent $80 last night, first time I’ve spent money on a game in a while, just for the passes to glitch and my screen to load for 12 hours, this happened to me 12 hours ago why is this still a problem literally spent money for my game to get bugged 😭

Same thing happened me, bought bloodhound spotlight pass completed a quest and bugged out on me, thought it was only me as my friend didn’t have this issue, also before this started I opened a pack and got 2 stat trackers when I have all items from packs and should have gotten 3 crafting
I've lost hope that they fix this today..
