Monthly check in. I still have not received the content that I paid for!
It appears the root cause of this issue is still in the game, as I reached level 60 in the most recent battle pass (Season 24 Split 2 at the time of this comment) and the Alternator skin said it was unlocked but when I checked for it, the skin was missing until I went into the firing range and returned to lobby. Had I not done that before the end of the season, it is likely that I would be missing the Alternator skin as well. This is unfortunate as it means that this has likely been an issue for multiple seasons and there are many people who are missing more battle pass rewards than just the Pink Purr skin.
