Same thing seems to be happening with alter. I tried to throw down her ult today and had to use both tactical before I could throw down her ult. I also had problems using ultimate accelerants. Had to use both tacticals before I could pop an ult accel.
Seems multiple legends with dual tactical is experiencing the problem I hope they roll out a patch for it quick it’s making gameplay to inconsistent with those legends (loba,alter,sparrow) are the mains ones being affected
