When pressing the corresponding buttons to activate ultimate, the ultimate does not activate as intended. This situation depends on the legend, but i've found it most prevalent on pathfinder, alter, caustic, loba or sparrow.
When pressing both buttons at the same time on these legends (and other legends) the ultimate does not work. It instead either uses tactical or ping. If pressed in a sequence at the correct time, the ultimate has a higher chance of working, but this is not the same across other legends.
Controller on PC, I've seen console users have the issue as well. This seems to be after the input delay bug for tactical/ping was "resolved", but yet created another issue.
I think they tried to fix it by adding more delay to tactical abilities. Obviously, that was a BAD IDEA.
Right now, it seems they've completely removed the delay from tactical abilities, making it impossible for controller players to use Ultimates without emptying their tactical abilities first
I have this same issue on Scuf controller, when i try using ult with "RB + A". I broke my controller thinking that thing was causing this issue 😭
