I wasn't able to get a video of my match but I just played a ranked match on ps5 with alter and I wasn't able to place my nexus. The UI that appears when you pick up the nexus was there ( image attached // taken in the firing range after the match ended ) and it showed the nexus symbol on the minimap but I wasn't able to place it down at all.

Nari67 More information would be appreciated:
- Which map were you playing on?
- Where were you on the map when you tried placing the ult?
- Does it happen in every game mode, or certain ones?
- Is it still happening now, or was it a random occurrence?
Additional map related questions:
- Is it map specific? (Like did it only happen on Storm Point?)
- Did it happen anywhere on the map, or specific areas? (Like on a bridge, in a building, etc.)
I was playing on Broken Moon, when I first noticed that I couldn't get the nexus on my hand I was close the houses between Terraformer and Stasis Array but the nexus symbol only appeared on the minimap some time later after I ended a fight with another squad in Stasis Array. Until now it only happened in Broken Moon, on that ranked match specifically, so it was a random occurence.
Ps: I think this might be related to the input delay glitch that was solved some days ago and with another glitch I've seen people talking about where the timing to press both ultimate buttons ( l1 + r1 if using default layout ) is not how it used to be.
