Loba's ultimate is bugged on console from the new season launch. When I try to use it by pressing R1 and L1 together like normal it only brings up her tactical and the only way to bring her ultimate ...

Caustic, Loba, and multiple others can't deploy their ultimate unless they use/don't have their tacticals available. Any attempts to use the ultimate only activates their tactical unless the tactical is already still in cool down and unavailable. I know this has already been reported multiple times, but considering this is a major gameplay issue, I figured the more the merrier. Oh, and while you're fixing that, let's give Fuse his old ultimate back.
Happens with Alter too.
Same issue, I play conduit normally and no issues with her but Alter it makes me use the tactical before it will place my alt maker her useless and i just bought the new skin and cannot even play her.
This bug issues also prevalent with caustic, revenant, bliss, Mad Maggie and catalyst as well. It would be nice if the bug was looked at ASAP it would help prevent legends pick rate to drop significantly. If players main legend picks becomes useless because of the bug That would be unfortunate.

I can’t play alter or valk without having to use the tactical. My usual group won’t play because it’s messing up their gameplay so much
I’ve had ult bugs on alter, loba, pathfinder, caustic, fuse, gibby. On PlayStation it’s awful. Then if players leave in the middle of a ranked match before the timed out period if you lose points in the match you still get nailed. If they leave say ten seconds after they get killed we still lose 32 points is crazy to be penalized for them leaving sucks.
