Looks like legends are randomly getting locked left and right as some players had also reported having locked Vantages and Lobas on their accounts:

Hopefully Respawn can fix this as soon as possible!

hMirag Honestly, I'm not sure as I'm only a volunteer, although I believe Respawn is aware of it at least, (and if I had to guess, there is a bunch of other issues taking priority at the moment).
