I’m experiencing an issue with my account.
After logging into the game, I noticed that one of my characters is missing. There is no option to restore or repurchase the character, and it does not appear in the character list or transaction history. Standard in-game recovery options are not available.
I would appreciate assistance from EA staff in checking my account and helping to restore the missing character, or explaining why it was removed and why recovery is not possible.
RenouncedGlory Are you having the issue where legends, (such as Ash), are locked again and cannot be unlocked?
Yes, I am experiencing this issue. Ash remains locked and there is no option to purchase or unlock the legend.
