[PlayStation] Stuck downloading update file
I’m playing on ps5 and it’s telling me when I go on the game there’s an update but there isn’t and it’s not letting me play I reset my console and it’s still not working

I cannot play the game. It asks me to do an update which doesnt exist on ps5. I have posted this on reddit as well and it seems a lot of people are having the same issue today

Yeah, I have the same problem
when I try to start apex it says downloading an update file calculating remaining time... but nothing happens and yesterday apex worked normally...
Facing the same issue. If you find any solution please do let me know too.
Having this exact issue, was playing normally yesterday and now its saying checking for download while there is none, also checked pc which is just working fine.

I am having a problem with Apex Legends on PS5. After a system update, even though the game is fully updated, it gets stuck on a ‘downloading update file’ screen. I have tried restarting the console, clearing cache, and rebuilding the database, but the game still will not launch. Please help me fix this issue
We all are facing the same issue. If it stays 3 or 4 hours more then i will uninstall and reinstall the game.
