Road to ranked challenges are all completed but ranked is still locked

am extremely angry and anxious. I love Apex Legends and have spent a lot of money on this game, but this bug has made it impossible for me to play properly for almost ten months. I first encountered it in August last year.

The bug is as follows: as a new player, I need to complete the Ranked Trials to unlock ranked mode, but I can never finish the missions in the trials. It is not because I am doing anything wrong, but because the game simply fails to track my progress.

I have also seen many other new players reporting the exact same issue on various platforms and forums. Some cannot get damage progress counted, while for me, the progress on replicators will not register.

Please respond to me as soon as possible. I am truly desperate.

Nope, I just log off, went on different account and came later. I think it is some sort of bug where the game needs some time to recognize and update it. Yeah it sucks but it happened to me even in previous seasons.

We're still checking a few boxes on our end before we consider this fully resolved, but it's good to see you and a few others have already been able to get into ranked.

Just restarting Apex itself at this point should do the trick! Do let us know if you're still running into trouble afterwards.

how does one reset? like redownload or?

Everyone refresh Apex its update and it let me play ranked now

I wont let me play and i did all the challenges.

This is a bad way to start a new season!!!
