Spark bonus not updating. Again.

Hey there! I’m in the same boat, I have opened a lot of apex packs and I thought they will fix in the next updates but the promblem is keep going as the last couple months. (This clip is from 07-01-2026)

If anyone knows how to or who to reach, to get this problem solved please let me know, I don’t buying any apex pack until I get my game fixed. Thanks!

Just a follow-up to check if you are still having trouble with it? 

Yes, I’m still having the same issue. I contacted EA Support about a week ago, but they weren’t able to provide a solution. They told me they would report it as a bug on my behalf and investigate it, then they closed my case. They also mentioned that if this turns out to be a widespread issue, it would likely be addressed and announced in a future game update. Unfortunately, my Spark Bonus meter is still stuck at 0/10 despite opening Apex Packs.

i've been opened a 20 pack trying to get the bonus twice but nothing happenning and the meter stayed on 0 in both times
