The event packs didn’t give me the guaranteed item.

I'm asking this because a Legendary event item was only guaranteed if you had bought 4 packs at once:

You can even see that this is the case with the Haute Shot Milestone Event as well:

In short:

• If you had bought one pack at a time, you may, (or may not), be granted a Legendary event item due to the drop rates for the Epic event items being higher than the drop rates for the Legendary event items, (in this case, its a luck of the draw type of thing).
• If you had bought 4 packs at once, at least one of your items will be guaranteed to be a Legendary event item.

Had a similar issue and they refuse to help me, they don't care man they know u have no power and they can literally steal Ur money
