the Gundam free event pack isn't showing up and I can't exchange

GilChanYouTube​ Do you already own all the items from the "Heat Rod" collection? (As from what I've noticed, if a player owns all the "Heat Rod" items, then they'll see an epic pack instead).

Thank you for your reply. I have all the Heat Rod packs, but I stopped buying Beam Saber packs because I only have one left. I kept one because it looked like I could exchange it for another Beam Saber pack at the free shop in the second half of this event.

GilChanYouTube​ Yeah, that would be why sadly as the event point store only sells the Heat Rod packs, (so since you own all of Heat Rod packs, that event pack was replaced with an epic pack).

That seems wrong, from what I've seen, the event refreshed, happened yesterday 3/21 1 PM EST did supply a Beam Saber pack and should have given it to anyone who didn't have beam saber complete irrelevant of Heat Rod progress, but it seems that the game saw Heat Rod progress and offered an Epic Pack, however if you tried to redeem that epic pack, you'd get a server error and no items, and then see that your shop only had six items rather than the intended seven.   

I think this issue is also why people are currently unable to buy the final Heat Rod pack if they own all of the Beam Saber items.  Having either complete seems to be marking both as complete.   

That's strange. Right now, there's a free beam saber pack to exchange for, but it's not available in the exchange shop. In fact, there are only 6 items out of 7 that are supposed to be available in the exchange shop.

That's right. There should be 7 in the exchange shop, but there are only 6. It's a bug where the beam saber pack is missing. Who should I contact to report this to the official support team? I want the bug fixed.

I logged in today and the bug was fixed, so I was able to exchange it successfully. Thank you for replying to my comments and for giving me advice.

DooKieAgain​ Yeah, you are correct. I was seeing a Heat Rod pack for both weeks and I just checked again, and the second week's said it was a Beam Saber pack and I had one unopened Beam Saber pack in my pack inventory.

Again, that's weird.
