It seems that wattson generator / her ult doesnt work properly with the zone shield passive.
When wattson (and i assume other controllers) sit around the generator, it doesnt fill the extra 25 shield u would get for being in zone. This affects you if you are on white or blue shields, and have the zone shield.
Furthermore, if you get a red helmet, the issue is also there. the gen just doesnt work for the last 25 shields, despite the shield pool being available.
I believe its an issue with the controller perk especially because in a previous season, i experienced it just contantly draining the ult shields, despite me being full HP. this meant that i had to stay away from my own ult to avoid draining it by just existing.
This really should get looked into, as the generator just doesnt work properly at all with the controller shield passive, and even worse with red shields.
There has also been a couple times where wattson passive shield regen didnt work with controller passive shields, which atm is working and was fixed in the Prodigy patch.

Also, what is this tag system, why is there no tag for gameplay or similar for bugs in the game for when things arent working as intended?
