I also have been having this glitch, first happened just before season 2 start and it's horrendous, like u said whenever there's anything happening there's this horrible crackling noise that happens wether I use a headset or play though my TV, it also only happens on this game, I've spoken to PlayStation support they couldn't help I also talked to each support they couldn't help but assured me that this was a bug they was working on fast forward to now and nothing has been fixed infact it seems to be getting worse
i did a bit of research, and read it could help to set the PS5 settings to Linear PCM and set BF6 setting to stereo. Didn't tried it already. Weird thing is that none of my mate have this issue.
