3x scope Depth of Field blur

I am having a hard time replicating this, but I have noticed this the most in New Sobek city with 3x scope

The entire scope will blur as if it is out of focus.  I have not noticed this behavior with other scopes

This issue has existed since launch and is still active in the season 1 update
