Abbhorant hitreg in Redsec

My matches are constantly being ruined by going up against people (i'm talking about me versus another person, not 2vs me)who I take by surprise, literally riddle them with bullets, only for them to turn around shoot me twice, my armor gets destroyed and a shot later im dead and buried.

I dont know if it's connection based or whatever, but im running at 30-50ms and against some people, the fight proceeds normally, as in I shoot them and they go down, but then their teammate just refuses to die. It is honestly making me shake my head in disbelief of the amount of bullets people eat and still manage to destroy me.

For example today I'm doing a mission as a support class, picked up an rpkm, saw an assault player running towards me with his knife, but unaware of me so I peeked and started shooting in his face. This man also pulled out an a grey RPKM ( I know because my teammate killed him immediately after and told me), and simply melted me into the grave.
