About Manhattan Rooftops

Regarding the rooftops in Manhattan, there are currently areas you can climb onto.
First, you can avoid a 9-second out-of-bounds penalty by standing on the edge of the rooftop.
Second, it is possible to climb onto the rooftop in front of C.
Regarding the first point, it seems possible to avoid this by demolishing the building, but this would require destroying every building. Furthermore, since the game is designed so that players cannot normally climb onto rooftops, the fact that it is possible here creates inconsistencies in gameplay behavior.
Additionally, since the rooftop in front of C cannot be accessed via ladders or similar means, it should be designated as off-limits, just like other buildings.
