Almost no experience is awarded for matches

I stopped receiving experience for any useful actions in matches on the official matchmaking servers. Just 10 minutes ago, I played a match, got 18 kills, several assists, and captured several points. I received 696 experience for the entire match and about 697 weapon experience. What could be the reason?

Before matchmaking, I played two matches on portal servers, and there were no problems.
