I stopped receiving experience for any useful actions in matches on the official matchmaking servers. Just 10 minutes ago, I played a match, got 18 kills, several assists, and captured several points...

PS In subsequent matches, they also give no more than 697 experience, with 8000-10000 points for useful actions
