Assault ladder and drone glitch

Breakthrough on New Sobek City is almost unplayable now.  People use the assault ladder and drone exploit in every game. Same with Mannhatan Bridge. This completely breaks the entire game and the map design. Create an restricted area on roofs and etc. Fix this ASAP.
