Attachments aren’t unlocking.

Weapon is lvl 5, I haven’t unlocked a single sight besides the one you’re given (not including iron sights). My buddy who has less time than me and a lower weapon mastery lvl has 5 unlocked. I had this problem at times on the beta. Why is this still a problem?
