Battle pass entitlement gone

hi, I have the Phantom edition and I unlocked my pro token and now my battle pass says I have to buy it again like I don’t have it. I have it on Xbox. I recently also downloaded redsec on my Xbox ally X and started playing there. Not sure if that, also reset my battle pass for some reason?
