Battlefield 6 unplayable of PS5 digital edition due to alleged overheating.

Hi all. So I bought my PS5 about 1 month ago and BF6 6 days ago. I have never been able to play the game, as on each attempt, the PS5 shut down during the game intro. Every time I try to start the game, the fan goes very loud, I get a message about the console overheating and shuts down after. I need to unplug the console and plug it in again in order to start it up.

On Day 1 I installed the game and on running, the fan went very loud and shut down during the intro of the game. I got the message as above, and the console went off. The console didn't seem hot to touch and played other games without issues (GTA, COD, Farcry). Second attempt on the same day: after a few hours I started the console and straight into the game, same thing happened, fan spools up, overheating message and the console shuts down. I uninstalled the game after this.

On Day 2, I installed the game again, but without the HD content, same scenario. I try to run the game from fresh start and it goes off again.

Today, 7 days later, I decided to try again. This time, I've reset the console back to factory settings, deleting all the games/data/etc, and I installed BF6 again. With BF6 only installed on the console, same thing happened.

I cannot play the game and I cannot get a refund because I have already downloaded the game from PSN.
