Battlefield 6 was mistakenly banned

I would like to appeal my ban on NOV.1 because I was flagged as using "gameplay enhancement" cheat

According the description gameplay enhancement means modify weapon damage, movement speed etc...

I'm sure by looking into the data which I don't have access to, you can tell that the data match the expected outcome like normal player

also on the first appeal mail, it states that I might involve using exploits that disrupts an EA Service or another user's account.

if you are suspect the total KD/A and the status is abnormal, is because I play portal mode to grind, so my status might looks a bit suspicious.

I can provide anything to EA to proof my innocent, please look into my case again.
