Bug with the weapons challenge

Hey there. Try rebooting your console/PC and then play through a match. It may take multiple matches, but we've had reports from others this is getting those rewards to unlock.

Have the same thing... Played couple matches, rebooted the game, nothing changed

I have completed the KORD 6P67 and KTS100 challenges and the challenge says completed but they are still locked in my loadout. Have tried everything.. rebooting the game and rebooting the console but still the same issue. Should I uninstall the game completely or what?

this is sad as the community manager says this, how can they not address this. The point of this game is to unlock guns, I have played legit every game mode and over 8 hours and the gun is still bugged. I just can not believe this 

I have completed Rapid Fire 1 days ago. Restarted the PC. Played 20 games since. Still not unlocked. Even completed Rapid Fire 2. Still havent gotten the Kord. I have also completed Conquest Challenge 1 and 2. Still havent received the skins. Whats the solution cause at this point there is no point in playing if I dont get the stuff

I was playing before the update hit had a lil progress left before the challenge Danger close was to be completed which was 300 head shots with a carbine before thing got reduced so after the update it shows the danger close challenge completed but the rewards are not unlocked the sg553r and the protected title please advise I paid for the phantom edition this is one of my favorite franchises but this so bad playing to complete all the challenges and this is glitched also the rapid fire challenge for the L85 os showing complete and it locked I’ve finished all most every other challenge and this is making me wanna stop playing when a update breaks the game smh. 

I can confirm that I'm experiencing the same issue with the close quarters 1 challenge. All suggested solutions have come up unsuccessful
