Bugged scope as Recon

When i play as Recon and using any of the Sniper rifles half my hand is covering the scope when i zoom in. I have tried to change to different scopes but the bug is still there.

On the Firing Range it is working as normal but when i enter a game, half my hand is in front of the scope.

Only way to fix it is to restart the game but after 1 round the bug is back so have to restart the game again.
