Bug/long/infite time of the matchmaking with crossplay turned off on ps5.

I'm playing in ps5 and turned off the crossplay, but when i play smaller matches, (16vs16 players) it can't find enough players to play so the game fill with bots. But lately all the matches in those smaller modes stays forever filling with bots but it never finishes so the game never starts, i already stayed more than 25 minutes waiting but the match never starts.
