California Resistance Pass items unlocked but still locked and cannot be used.

As shown in the picture, I have completed the pass tasks and unlocked the characters and charms, but I cannot use them in the loadout screen. They are still locked. Hoping players with the same issue can help bump this post so the bug can be fixed sooner.
