Campaign mode Bug

On the campaign mode, my first playthrough this happend during No Sleep mission toward the end when you meet Kincaid for first time by the carousel the sound cut out making it all mute, had to restart fron check point it was fine. During my second playthrough this happens all at random is when you try to progress the story it won't let you progress have to restart checkpoint or mission to be able to progress the story. Other than that, that's the only things I've encountered in the campaign mode.
