Carters gun in night raid mission
Carter keeps shooting his gun through cut scenes and reloads and keeps firing the whole mission.
Ideas
I experienced the very same thing during Moving Mountains. He went down, and once I revived him, he won't stop firing his gun. It makes for some really funny cutscenes though, I'll admit.
