Challenges complete guns still locked

I have completed 3 separate challenges bullet storm1 to get the kts100 it is complete but still locked in have also completed danger close 1 and it is still locked and rapid fire 1 gun still locked all have green check marks in the challange menu but can't use them I have complained and nothing done about it I have uninstalled the game reinstalled it still didn't work would be nice to use guns I have done challenges on not my problem EA decided to lower the challenges I completed them before when it was harder this ridiculous would appreciate some one from EA reach out on this but that seems very unlikely....
