Challenges don't reroll when tracked

Hi, 

May you please confirm if this is a bug?

I had a challenge, 'Calibrate beacons during Gauntlet: Decryption'. I tracked it for a few matches. However, I didn't get into any match of Decryption, so I tried to reroll. But it didn't. It shows I used my roll, but the challenge stayed the same. Wasted my 3 out of 4 rolls to confirm it.
