Class Challenge Support 1 Not Working

“Heal teammates for health with the support” freezes challenge for days on end. Stuck at 77, and again at 104. Need to reach 5k??? This is bugged. Many online having issues too. I am using the support bag and revive paddles on green teammates to make sure I’m not messing it up. Still no movement.
