I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

I had the same issue on EA app. trying to restart the game to see if it helps
ea doing my head in tried repair reinstall reboot and update everything i get the same telling me it not installed .what a joke on release date 500000 in the queue ever time to rub it in

Same here paid for the phantom edition like everyone else it’s asking you to purchase I don’t think so ea I already paid you hard earned money for your game that you can’t use get it fixed or I see quite a few will be requesting there money back
same here i brought the phantom edition but says i need the base game ,also i get the loading green bar then crashes back to home screen ,and again and again and again ,,,,GBP 80.00 TO SIT HERE AND NOT PLAY,,,NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Same here, I'm trying to open it from the BF6 exe not the EA app. But have to wait till im in after the queue. Why does it take so long to download on the EA app, I get 10 mbps, but on steam i get 100 mbps. And i have unlimited bandwidth on EA.....
EA app shows MB hover over it to see Mb.

EA_Leeuw My guess is that you guys need to check this topic. As this seems to be a pretty severe issue (I can't even post new posts anymore, because I'm maxed out).

Im in the same boat. Cant play the game. I am trying to reinstall now.
tried it and downloaded it twice!!! started the game, waited ages, still the same problem. I assume it is **bleep**ed up and it will take time.

Same here, relaunched, make reparation, and a reinstall, nothing help, the bug is still there.
