I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

Ditto. After 3 times of losing my place in line, I was met with the "please purchase multiplayer" lol. Good thing I bought the phantom edition. Can no developer these days make a smooth launch day release? I don't like the way the industry is trending. I did just now try a repair of the game in the EA app. Back in queue. Time will tell.
EDIT: Repair did not work. Still no game files for Campaign or Multiplayer. But hey I can shoot in the gun range lol!
Until this issue is fixed, you can join server browser ONLY using this method:

This does not work for those of us that are being told the game files are not installed!
