Seriously? My friends bought the game on steam and the game works perfectly, i've pre-ordered phanton edition on EA, and i can't play the game, **bleep** bro, my hype goes down to zero

I can start the game, but cannot play anything - says I need to install the packs. But I already have.
This is on PC EA app - what's going wrong???
