I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

Same i'm pissed! friends that ordered on steam dont have this issue. I pre ordered and tried on both the PC and laptop. I tried repairing and redownloading still same issue files not installed
I have the same issue. The game and all of the content have been pre-loaded but whenever I try to play campaign or multiplayer I get told I need to install or purchase the content packs.
Seemingly no way of contacting EA about it so I am going to try a full uninstall.

Same here. PC and EA-app. Never EA-app again. Steam works. My son i playing, but not m. :-(

Typical EA not having their shiz together. So now, while everyone else is gaming away, we have to wait for EA to pull their finger out and fix the issue.
started at 4.00 pm uk time and still having the same issue just asked for a refund sorry EA, never got it right since BF2 and BF3,
BF4 had similar issues waiting for the refund then heading to steam what a joke and such a disappointment.
