I purchased on EA app hoping that it being their own platform, I'd be less likely to run into issues. Well, I forgot it's EA. Same issue here. Preordered the Phantom edition too, what a bummer.

Same. I put in two tickets already. Hopefully, they give us some battle points to make up for the failure.
