I still didn't recieve the compensation and my friend got it .
we had the exact same issue on launch it said sometimes purchase to play and most of the time that content is missing and we need to install

can you guys please give us the compensation like you promissed ?
me and my friend pre ordered the phantom edition and couldn't play for around 6 hours after release !
