I had pro play before I bought the game a couple of months ago. I was unable to play multiplayer, campaign, or training. I realized this after I set all of my keybinds, graphics, etc..... I read on X, and here that I could try portal by hovering over a game, and then hit x. It didnot work for core games, but I was able to get into a couple of shipment 24 7 that I was the fish getting shot in the proverbial barrel. I still have not received the xp boosts nor the battle pass. I am unable to let EA know, because the help is being monitored by misunderstanding bots that tell me to come to the community forums for help

Let's hope that some EA devs/Forum Moderators will see our post and be able to resolve this issue.
