As per title, i still have yeto to receive the advertised compensation for the EA App outage affecting users who pre-ordered the game (i pre-purchased the Phantom Edition). As many, as i see in this forum, i was supposed to receive the xp boosts, plus the season 2 pass for free. That was supposed to be the first weekend after day 1. It's now day 21, and still no compensation. I contacted support and they told me to report it here.

Same problem here.
They keep closing the case but I will keep responding to open it back up until they do something.

Same here, and I pre-ordered in EA app Aug1.st but I guess that didn't matter.

I contacted chat support. Told me they can't do anything.
