I was one of the affected by the completely unacceptable EA app outage that prevented me and others from accessing Battlefield 6 after pre-ordering. I saw your announcement, which is crystal clear:
- "Anyone on the EA app who was impacted will receive 12 Hardware and 12 Career 60-Minute Boosters..."
- "...we will also be granting impacted players full access to a seasonal Battle Pass."
IT IS NOW BEEN 22 DAYS, and I have received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No Boosters in my inbox. No Battle Pass access.
EA Help said to post here so here it is.

Same here, I wrote to them 3 times and got the same reply which didn't help at all. We've got robbed by EA once again.
We spent 60 bucks on a game just to not be able to play on launch and then don't get the compensation we were promised.
No shame for them cause they got the money...
